Question: Does one need to take protein!?
Do I need to take protein supplements if 30% of my calorie intake (my body weight in grams) is already from complete proteins!? I see that nearly everyone who is trying to build muscle is on whey protein or something similar, and I need to know if they are taking it to achieve their protein needs or if it acts differently than simply having a high protein diet!. Any help would be appreciated!. Is eating a large amount of protein enough, or do I need supplements to see maximum results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really don't need protein supplements as long as you eat enough protein!. Steak, chicken, milk, eggs, fish, etc!. People have been brainwashed by the supplement companies into thinking they NEED to buy their products or they won't build muscle!. That's a bunch of baloney!. Protein supplements do come in handy when you are in a hurry or don't have time to cook, but if you can eat a lot of protein then you won't need supplements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
