Answers:
fruits have a lot of carbs!. Anything with sugar or starch in it is a carb!. There are fruits lower in carbs, but on average, a cup of fruit has about 20 g of carbs!. however the carbs found in fruit are 'good' as opposed to the ones found in candy which are loaded in sugar!. The sugar in fruits and carbs of fruits consist of vital nutrients for your body so if you do eat carbs, it should be fruits!. Water is good for your diet, but there is a thing as water poisoning, so make sure you don't drink more than 8-10 glasses a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

"Can You Really Drink Too Much Water!?

In a word, yes!. Drinking too much water can lead to a condition known as water intoxication and to a related problem resulting from the dilution of sodium in the body, hyponatremia!. Water intoxication is most commonly seen in infants under six months of age and sometimes in athletes!. A baby can get water intoxication as a result of drinking several bottles of water a day or from drinking infant formula that has been diluted too much!. Athletes can also suffer from water intoxication!. Athletes sweat heavily, losing both water and electrolytes!. Water intoxication and hyponatremia result when a dehydrated person drinks too much water without the accompanying electrolytes!. "

As for the carbs, any food can have carbohydrates in it since sugar is a carb and is naturally occuring in many fruits and vegetables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
