I have 20 days?
can i lose 5 pounds? i've eaten 300 calories for breakfast, what should i do for the rest of the day? i'm 5'2" 114 pounds. I have 20 days and i would really like to get down to a better weight healthfully. If i can't lose 5 can i atleast lose 3?

You can lose five pounds in 20 days. It sounds like you have about three weeks to lose the weight. It is conserided healthy to lose about 2 pounds a week.
2 (pounds)X3 (weeks)= 6 pounds
Don't get me wrong, you will have to work to make it happen. Eat more veggies, drink more water, cut the soda and sugar, don't eat 2 hours before you go to bed, and get at least 30 minutes of rigorous exercise.
You may surprise yourself and lose the 5 pounds in less than 10 days (especially if you haven't been active lately).
