Is this a healthy daily meal???!

Question: Is this a healthy daily meal!?!?!?
Hey, quick info, I'm 5'2 and weigh 160lbs!. I plan on going on a diet and watching what I eat!. And to make that simple, I plan on keeping a regular daily meal and not changing it!. Oh and I plan on making it very simple, since I'm hardly at home to cook!. I work in an office from 8 to 5, and I get home around 6 so it's really hard for me to make a nice big meal!. I live in a fast pace life!. So here's what I've came up with!.

Breakfast
Yoplait Yogurt Strawberry
A cup of Pure Orange Juice

Snack
Apple

Lunch
Turkey Sandwich
Cucumber with lime

Snack
Cucumber with lime

Dinner
Salmon and vegetables

And I drink alot of water!.

On top of that I go to the gym at night almost everyday!.

So is that a good meal plan!? And is it okay to keep that daily!?
I need all the advice!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
definitely!!!! you are going to lose weight!!!! that's a really good meal plan!. and make sure that you're eating that light yoplait yogurt!. here's the amount of calories you're eating:

yoplait: 100
cup of orange juice: 115
apple: 100
turkey sandwich: about 300 (don't overdo the mayo and cheese!!! actually just don't put cheese on is my suggestion!. unnecessary fat calories!. 300 is the number of calories without cheese)
cucumber with lime: 70
cucumber with lime: 70
salmon and vegetables: about 350 if you don't overdo it

so that's about 1100 calories (i just did it quickly in my head, it might be wrong) that is definitely a good number of calories to be eating if you want to lose weight!. keep up the good work, and good luck!!! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, your already doing good!. you know that water is the best drink, if you ever need some flavor other than water, crystal lite is the best! also green tea too!.

The line up for your diet sounds great =D
A good way to lose weight, as a snack, try a yogurt or granola bar loaded with protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes except the yo-plait yogurt! You should buy natural organic fat free plain yogurt and add it fresh fruit like blueberries or strawberries!. because yo-plait has alot of added sweeteners and sugar, it just turns to fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

GOOD GOOD!
but you should try more organic shyt?

As much as you don't like to hear it the fact is that preprocessed foods are loaded with hidden fats and sugars and salt!. This makes it taste good and makes it last longer on the shelf!.
The best food is what you prepare at home(from scratch- boiled spuds, vegetables, and meat(which you prepared and cooked from the red stage)!. Then you know the salt, the fats(lard, oils, butters and other that go into the food) Most of that you can eliminate!. Basic foods!. Those are the skinny people!. Fast food people are the round ones you see walking(driving) around!. They don't walk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No,!.!.
Your body will not get enough protein, fat, or nutrients!.
You need enough fat and nutrients to lose weight other wise your body will hold onto the fat!. Obesity is often associated with a person who is nutrient deficient, their body is holding on too everything it can trying to get the nutrients it needs!.

You definitely need a larger breakfast, try adding an egg, and maybe a tsp of Cod Liver Oil to your Orange Juice!.

"The body needs an abundant supply of the fat-soluble vitamins and fat-soluble activators found only in animal fats!. Many of the vitamins and minerals found in vegetables cannot be absorbed without fat, and protein cannot be assimilated without fat!. In fact, the body will rob its own precious stores of fat-soluble vitamins in order to digest protein if adequate fat is not eaten with it, which can lead to rapid depletion of these nutrients so necessary for so many biological functions!."

Lots of good info on a traditional diet, and the importance of good fats in our diet!.
