My lower stomach hurts after I run? Does anybody know what's wrong with me?!

Question: My lower stomach hurts after I run!? Does anybody know what's wrong with me!?
Hi everybody!.
I'm in the process of becoming a personal trainer, so I work out about 6 days a week hardcore!. I can do any kind of cardio on any kind of machine as much as I want and I'm fine, but whenever I run on the treadmill, my lower stomach really hurts!. It feels like really bad gas and even a little menstrual-like!. I have no idea why and what's causing this!. I don't drink too much water before, and I make sure I give myself enough time after eating before I work out!. It doesn't hurt any other time of the day!.!.!.only after a run!. The stomach cramps can last for the rest of the day sometimes!. I just find it strange that whenever I do the stairmaster, elliptical, or anything else I'm completely fine!. Any ideas!?!!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
your problem may be that you dont drink water before strenuous activity!. Personal trainers really work themselves, so they need just as much water as everyone else, maybe more!. That is my advice to you!. try that and see what happens!. If that doesnt help at all then i suggest a little doctors visit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is it something that you are eating before you work out!? My stomach hurts if I eat too soon before a work out or if I've eaten something spicy!. Change your diet and see if the pain goes away!. It also could be your speed!. Maybe you are pushing yourself too hard on the treadmill!. Try reducing your speed and see if that helps!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like runners' stitches!. A muscle fatigue!. I use to get it all the time when I ran over 20 miles a week, five miles at a time!. Once those paticular muscles get into shape, that sensation should go away!. If you are worried, go see the doc just to give yourself a peace of mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be the muscels contracting and uncontractingWww@Answer-Health@Com
