1!. How many calories should you eat a day to lose weight!?
2!. Today, I ate about 200 calories because I just wasn't hungry!. Will I lose any weight!?

2) Probably not!. Your body will enter starvation mode - as someone already mentioned, and start saving energy, rather than spending it!. In fact, it may work backwards!. Not only you'll not lose weight, but you may also gain it even more once you go back to your normal eating habits!. Not to mention it's really unhealthy!.

3) There are lots in the market, just read the packaging!.

The secret to losing weight is to decrease the calories intake and exercise!. Rather than cutting completely on the food, just increase the amount of salads, veggies and fruits and decrease the fried, sugar loaded foods!. Plus something as simple as walking 30 mins every day can show results!.
