Weird Weight Loss?!


Question: Weird Weight Loss!?
I weigh 11!.5 stone (around 165lb)

I weighed myself on Saturday and I was 11!.1 stone!. (155lb)

When I weighed myself this morning, I was 11!.9 stone!.

My question is:
How can my weight possibly fluctuate that much!?

I've been eating 1,300Kcal per day, whilst burning around 500, so there have been no changes to my diet or exercise!.

Have you moved the scale!? The ones you use at home are usually not very exact and also give the wrong result if the floor is slightly uneven or tilts a bit!.

Otherwise, I'd guess your body may be prone to storing water, but even if, the weight fluctuation is a bit too much!. Keep checking your weight for a couple of weeks and see if there is a pattern!.

You should weigh yourself at the same time of the day and preferably without any clothes on for an accurate result!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly I can totally agree with your concerns!.

I am male 6 foot and 55 years old!. I retired to Portugal last year and have put on two stone in a year!. I was 12 stone 10 and got up to 14 stone 12!.

Last week I got down to 14 stone 4 the next day I was back to 14 stone 11 having eaten a salad all day!.

I hope someone comes up with the answer and will watch this one with interest!.

Women's weight can fluctuate quite a bit with their cycle!. Don't be alarmed!. I can gain 10 lbs easy in a day if I eat salty foods (that I crave during certain times of the month)!. It's water weight!. It leaves on it's own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you weighing yourself on the same scales everytime because they all come up different, i love my bathroom scales, i weigh half a stone less than anywhere else!. Just dont weigh yourself so often, thats whats messing it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your scales may register a different weight if you move them about before you weigh yourself!. or you may have a poor set of scales!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might have to do with water consumption and when you weigh yourself (when you first wake up vs!. middle to end of the day or after a meal)Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe your scales are broke!.!.!.my sisters scales are crazy!.!.!.you weigh yourself in the morning and then when you do at night you are 1 stone heavier!.!.!.or you have been drinking too much water or gaining muscle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm maybe u need more water!? Drink at least 10 glasses a day!. Maybe u need 2 start changing ur exercise routine making it a little more challenging!.!.!. i hope this helps!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hormones can have this effect you may have been on your period so the water retention could be the cause!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
