Fat tummy slim body?
I am 5 foot 7 and weigh 8 and a half stone.
I am quite slim but my stomach has rolls and is quite podgy.
i eat around 1700 calories a day although a lot come from chocolate, but everything else is really healthy and i have 5 a day.
i do some gentle exercis for about 15mins 3 times a week
i take 9000 steps a day
so why the fat tummy how can i get rid of it?

women generaly hold fat in their thighs, buttocks, and tummy.
maybe most of your fat is held in the tummy region.
to get rid of it by excercise; try crunches and sit-ups.
to get rid of it by diet; try drinking a cup of hot water with a spoonfull of applecider vinigar in the morning before breakfast.
don't worry, it will go with a bit of effort.
