seriously, a whole 1/2 inch! i used to be 4'6 1/2", and now i'm 4'7!. yes, i know, i'm short for my age lol well do you think the eating of 2 servings of ice cream every night and cereal with half&half milk every morning had anything to do with it, along with almost daily stretching & yoga!?!? thanks! oh and btw do you think i'll grow another 1/2 (approximately) by next month!?

hah, WEEELLLLLL, im glad your growing, congrats!. just think,, youll break five feet in just a litttle under a year! keep it up! but seriosly, be careful about growing too fast, cus i did!. i grew over seven inches in just under three months, and now i have knee, sholder, hip and elbow problems!. basically, i have arthritus at the age of 19!. its good to grow, but dont rush it!. you dont want what i have, trust me!. its cool being tall, but id rather be short than deal with this!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
