Ok im skinny but on healthy diet and im starving they sya it bad to eat after 8 and im so hungry my stomach is growling is it possible ot get something to eat!? but no fruit i had to much today and got no vegtebales need toWww@Answer-Health@Com

make yourself a sandwhich! you see the the starch from the bread and the protein from the meat or the peanut butter (depends on the sandwhich)mixed together make you feel tired or makes u fall into a "food coma!." other ideas are cereal, apples and peanut butter, toast and jam(for a healthy alturnative instead of butter) or even ice cream! ice cream has calcium you need and the sugary vibe you'll get will calm you down!. you can drink fruit juice, or have a glass of milk and an oreo cookie or something!. at night, you get cravings for sugary foods, and even though you are on a health food diet, dont be afraid to let yourself and your cravings let lose for a bit:D

Munch on some carrots or salted cucumber!. Add lemon for flavour and vitamin C!.

Or boil some ginger in water to prepare an excellent herbal tea!. Add honey to this for flavour and energy so your blood sugar remains stable despite your "lean" diet!.

(Don't go for plain water to curb hunger as you are cheating yourself of the nutrition that your body is asking for!. I've done this in the past and its NOT healthy!.)

Also, the "bad to eat after 8" rule makes sense only if your asleep by about 10!.30!. If you're still up at 1!.26am and fasting since 8pm, you're doing it all wrong and will actually suffer poor health rather than receive health benfits!. A clearer way of understanding this rule is to not eat about 2 to 3 hours before bed time!. As simple as that!.

hey, if you're skinny, then there's no need to freak out over eating after 8 ocassionally!. A piece of wholemeal toast with honey on it should do the trick to tide you over till breakfast!. Your sugar levels are probably very low right now too, which makes your body release adrenaline, which will keep you awake and wired!. On another note, I'd talk to someone about your anxiety about food - it's not actually just a "healthy diet" if you're panicking!. Eating disorders seem cool, and are very trendy, but they will only rob you of life - I was an anorexic for many years and am now in recovery but I still have so many digestive and other physical problems as a result - many of which may never go away!. No, it wasn't worth it!. Just eat toast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink a whole glass of water - ud be surprised but you'll definitely feel a little less hungry after it!.!.!.!.and who made this rule about not eating after 8!? sure you shouldn't veg out but if your stomach is growling you are probably really hungry! and if your starving your body will hold onto that fat because it doesn't know when you will feed it again!.!.!.eat something low in calories and high in good nutrients this will kick up your metabolism for the night's rest and it isn't about limiting your food intake as much as its about eating healthier choices!. remember your body needs food!


snacks i prefer on the late night:
low fat string cheese
yogurt
almonds
hard boiled eggs (no yolks)

drink a glass of water quickly, it will make you feel full until you go to bed!. they say don't eat two hours before you go to bed, not after eight!. so if you go to bed at two, it's after 12 you can't eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry even if u have a slice of bread it wont mateer , that much! it's more the feeling of guilt thats stopping u,, just a lil pc!. of something will not affect ur diet! trust me iev lost 40 kg's once!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat vegetables!. There really isn't such a thing as too much fruit!.!.!.but eat a small amount of vegetable matter and go to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
