How much do I need to improve my diet?!
Question: How much do I need to improve my diet!?
In the morning for breakfast I'll either have about five choco chip cookies with a cup of milk or a bowl of cocoa pebbles cereal!. Sometimes for a snack I'll have a piece of fruit, or maybe some chocolate!. When it comes to lunch time I sometimes eat what my rents cooked (which is usually beans), or just some cookies!. At night I eat what my rents have cooked which is often beans or meat or fish!. And then for desert cookies again!.
I also have another question!. I don't exercise at all because I have no where to exercise at!. I'm 16 so I can't go to a fitness center!. What would be a good way 4 me to get about 20 mins!. of exercist per day!?

Too many cookies and sugars!. Not enough veggies!.
For breakfast try having just plain fruit like a grapefruit or oranges or strawberries, and maybe mix it in with some yogurt!. Cocoa pebbles, despite what the commercials say, it is not healthy!. Its VERY sugary!. I keep fruit loops in my house, but only for times when I am about to drop dead from hunger and can't fix myself something until I have something to eat!.
Fruit is excellent for snacks, and you can't have too much of it!. If you eat fruit for breakfast, eat a different one for a snack, or have some veggies with dip!.
For lunch, try eating what your parents cook and not just cookies!. If they make something weird that you don't like, have a sandwich with lettuce/tomato/onion/avocado on it!.
For dessert try sorbet!. Its really good, not too sweet, tastes like fruit (I like it better than ice cream), and its not a cookie (since I would get pretty sick of cookies if I was eating them all day!.)
For excercise I would suggest some simple crunches, walking around the block, or jump rope in the driveway/backyard/street!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
