How do i slim down a little......?
i know i am not someone who was born fat, because i was really skinny in grade 6, 7 and 8. over the holidays, i ate a lot of junk and didn't realise i had eaten so much and when the school photos came, i was shocked at how fat i looked! i know i can look good and skinny but i have no time. i have lots of homework and i take my dog for 2 hour walks everyday but i see no difference. i dont eat a lot of junk anymore (i do ocassionally) and i have cut down on fizzy drinks.
how do i slim down my stomach (which actually sticks out if i where a singlet and have 4 rolls when i bend over) and slim my thighs and arms down a little? i would really appreciate it, thank you.

Drink LOTS of water. Water flushes through your system and will take that access weight right off! Take your dog for a RUN instead of just a walk. Everynight, before you go to bed, do some sit-ups or jumping-jacks or anything like that for a few minutes. It may not seem like much, but that weight WILL begin to drop, trust me, that's what I did n I lost 2'' off my waist in 1 week! I was SHOCKED! Well, good luck! XxXSarahXxX
