Answers:
Aspirin is taken by people with heart conditions mainly!. If you are athletic, your blood pressure will be regulated by your daily exercise routines!. Most athletes have extremely low blood pressure, so taking aspirin is unnecessary and could even prove harmful and counterproductive!. Let your body run its course!. It knows what to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you could literally bleed to death internally if you take Aspirin daily over a period of time!.!.!. This is not a good idea!. You shouldn't need to take any medication/anticoagulants for the heart if your fit and healthy and have no cardiac complications/clotting issues!.!. Why would you want to!!? Pressure on the heart is generally caused initially by obesity, alcohol etc!.!.!.leading to certain diseases!. Losing weight and exercise will alleviate pressure on the heart!. We generally get heart attacks etc because we lack proper nutrition and proper lifestyles thus causing us to be hypercoagulable!.

To the chick below!.'gazeygoo'!.!.are you referring to me, 'Miss Nurse'!? who rattled your cage!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hope miss nurse never treats me!. To begin taking an aspirin has absolutely nothing to do with blood pressure!. It is an anticoagulant or "blood thinner" it helps keep the blood from clotting helping to prevent a heart attack from a clot or a stroke from a clot!. Any individual athlete or not that does not need to reduce their clotting time should NOT take aspirin on a regular basis since an injury can result in excessive bleeding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heck no!.!.!. first of all, it will actually make it harder for the heart to pump thinner blood than thicker blood!. (Think of it, what can you squeeze easier mud or water!?) Aspirin is recommended for people with high blood pressure because of what it can do to help prevent strokes and heart attacks (usually brought on by high blood pressure)!.

Second, if they were to get injured their blood would be more difficult to clot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No because taking Aspirin daily is equivalent to drugging yourself! It's like you're asking for your own death! Don't do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, since excerise itself will be helping to keep blood pressure normal so unless its recommended by a doctor then NOWww@Answer-Health@Com
