What exercises can I do to really tighten myself up?!


Question: What exercises can I do to really tighten myself up!?
5'7, 119 lbs!. I'd really like to lose the handles, fat on thighs, stomach, arms!. I already walk +9 miles a week at the least and occasionaly bike, jump on trampoline!.
