If i burn 200 calories by exercise and eat 1000 calories will i lose weight?
ive been on a diet for 3 months nw but its slowed down and i really cannot do anymore exercise then 20 minutes jogging and 20 minutes rowing....i do this every day.....but i find that i can only burn around 200 calories by exercisee...will i put on weight or still continue to lose it? ive lost 20 pounds alredy

By exercising regularly you are building up your muscles. Muscles weigh more than fat so, while your scales may be telling you that you are not losing weight, your muscles are tightening and toning and your shape will be changing and improving still. Try finding a good healthy diet with a few more calories, you need to eat more to lose. You cant burn calories if they arent there in the first place.
