Thinner thighs?!


Question: Thinner thighs!?
is there a certain excersize to get slimmer thigh muscles!? cuz i have huge thighs but it's solid muscle not fat!. but i hate it, is there a way to make it lean muscle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if it's muscle, that's nothing to worry about, unless you're just out of proportion (like small calves and big thighs)but there's nothing wrong with muscular legs!. If you are getting like bulky man thighs though, whatever weight exercises you do for them, do less weight and more reps, like 12-15!. You'll lose strength and mass, but gain definition and some endurance!. You don't want to just stop exercising, your muscles will start to atrophy then you'll just have weak looking legs!.

Guys tend to put on fat in their belly first, and lose it from there last, being female you tend to put it on your hips and thighs first, and unfortunately lose it from there last, so if you're trying to lost a little fat, it's probably the hardest place to do it at, but just keep working smartly (no starving yourself or anything)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think you should exercise them because the muscle will go away if u dont but if u do you'll just put more muscle on!. When my leg muscle got too buff looking I just stopped exercising them so muchWww@Answer-Health@Com
