Need help getting rippped and to put on 30 pounds of muscle?!


Question: Need help getting rippped and to put on 30 pounds of muscle!?
i started to workout , and i need help!.!.!.!.im 5'9, 16 years old!. i weigh 140 with 12!.0% bodyfat!. i dont have acess to a gym so i use a bookbag and fill it with textbooks until it weighs 20-25 pounds and use it to workout, for the 2 weeks i,ve been workin out !.And i take in 70-80 grams of protien a day, and about 1500-1800 calories per day!. what can i do to gain close to 15 pounds of muscle by the winter of 2009, and 30 pounds at the end of 2009!. Im looking for body weight workouts that work my inner pecs ,lower pecs, and arms with a weighted bookbag!. And can you give me tips on gaining weight!. i have very limited resources!. But im am willing to put alot of effort to gaining weight!. Can you give me advice on working out, as well as workout routines and things that i should eat every day to help muscle growth!. I'm aiming to gain muscle in these specific areas!.!.!.pecs, biceps, triceps, quads and calfs!. And i have only a weighted bookbag , thats like a dumbell to use!.!.!.thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure 30lbs of weights will be do able in 2 years without some specific items, especially alot of protien!.


anyway take adavntage of push ups, to beef up that much you'll need to first get yourself to even lower body fat (this gets your body to the point of gaining muscle weight), so you need to beef up on your back pack, by increasing 10+ more lbs if possible (or buy a weight vest) You'll need to spend a minuim of 2 hours a day doing muscle based exercises every day for about 2 weeks, take a break for 3 days, then get going for another 2 weeks and so on!.

Do that for about 9 months, and then you'll need to work on cardio!. This will just be basic mile+ running every day, for 2 months strait then a brake!. The next few steps will consist of powering up with your lifting with that bag and such!. Find a place for pull ups or a buy a bar!.

In general Its hard to do!.
