Question: Help with my diet please!?
Ok i was 210 lbs last year now im at 158 but just gained a pound now 159!? wtf is going on here!?!.!.!. im 17 5'9 and a male!.
I weight lift but had stopped for 3 days!. I stick to a 2000 calorie diet!.

1!.Im thinknin of going on a 300 calorie diet and burn 500 a day only for a week so i can nail down to 150 by aug 8 would this be possible!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start by cutting out breads and potatoes!. You can't cheat!. Seriously!.!.!.!.!.no bread! Hold with you a bottle of water and fill it all day long and drink throughout the day!. Drink 2 bottles in a row right before each meal so you will feel hungrier!. Eat only half of the portion you usually eat and do not eat anything after 6 pm!. I also did 200 sit ups every night before I went to bed which actually only took me like 10 minutes and took walks whenever possible!. I lost 10 pounds in the first 4 weeks and kept losing more as I went!. Good luck! you will feel great too!. I couldn't believe how much better I felt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot live on 300 calories a day unless you want to starve!.

Weight loss is all about food choices, portion control and getting enough exercise to burn off the calories you consume so they don
