Question: How Many Calories Should I have!?
I'm on a diet and need to loose weight, Im 5'4 and weigh 119 lbs!. Im 14 and currently eating about 900-1000 calories a day!. I don't exersize(I know I should) but I heard I should be eating 1400 a day!. How many calories should I be consuming a day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should not be eating less than 1050-1120 a day!. It is not healthy to eat less than 20-25% of the calories per day needed to maintain your current weight (that number is 1400!.) If you do then your body will think it is starving and will start to conserve every calorie, so the moment you stop starving yourself you will see all the weight you lost come right back!. Also, you can not lose any meaningful amount of weight without exercise, and depending on how much exercise you do per day it will raise that maintenance level to higher than 1400 so you will need to eat more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do light exercise and eat somewhere around 15000 calories a day!.!.!. You don't have a lot of excess fat, so you shouldn't strain your body!.!.!.

just walk or jog since you don't seem to want to exercise
and depending on you metabolism (ask a doctor) willdepend on how many calories you burn
but you should do fine
