Can I stay in-shape by keeping a healthy diet and small exercise?!


Question: Can I stay in-shape by keeping a healthy diet and small exercise!?
I do Taekwon-do for about 4 hours a week and I take a 20-30 min walk everyday!. Will I gain weight!. I dont eat bad carbs!. I love greens, chicken, and fish!. No fast food, but sometimes i do pick up dark chocolate m&ms but thats pretty much all the sweets that i eat and thats about once a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
