Question: Back to shcool=Back to stress!?
I'm a 7th grader and a girl!. I look old for my age: 5'6 and I weigth a lot : 166 Lbs!. Any advice on loosing even 6 Lbs for September!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need a complete diet revamp
so i would start of with a healthy breakfast such as and omellete, whole grain cereal or my personal fave chopped grapefruit and ornage with natural low fat vanilla yohurt and linseeds < very very healthy
then for lunch if you have already had carbs i wouldnt go for them again at luch !.!. but if you havnt youcould have half a jacket potato and some tuna (not with mayo)
or a chicken salad
or some type of fish
you could have BROWN rice
or wholegrain pasta or wholegrain bread
or soup
for dinner you could have any of the lunches
but rememember to keep your veggie intake up
you should also aim to drink around 3 litres of water a day to flush out any nasties
for a treat you can have something like popcorn (popped yourself) with a tiny pinch of sea salt, or with cinamon
you really need to exercise for at least and hour a day
but this doesnt need to be boring
here is an example of what i do in a week and i love it
monday: swimming for an hour
tuesday: fencing - 2 hours
wednesday: rock climing 1h 30
thursday : walk to and from school with a friend - 2 hours total plus great gossip time hehe
friday: fencing
saturday: soemthing fun and different like ice skating or just at the parkwith friends or something
sunday: the day of rest!.!.!. and dancing haha
obviously im not sugesting you do all of these things but as a guideline it sure helps
you could aslo try skippig, running, cycling , exercise videos etc
here are also some tips to keep you on track !.!.!.
if your feeling bored and want to eat call a friend or brush your teeth
get rid of all the junk food in your house !.!. so you wont be tempted
tell your friends what your plan is and get them to help, if you have any in the same situation then get them to be an exercise buddy !.!. it will help motivate you
