Question: Food help! (Please answer! xx)!?
Is this a good plan to get fit and healthy and lose some weight!?
Please read it all!
The food will be;
1/2 hour before breakfast; Hot water and lemon and supplements
Breakfast; Slimfast shake or smoothie
Snack; Fruit (dried or fresh) and skim milk
Lunch; Grilled chicken, salad and very low fat dressing!. Glass of 100% Orange juice (not from concentrate)
Snack; Slimfast hunger shot
Dinner; Steamed fish or chicken and veg
Dessert/snack; Fruit or slimfast snack!.

Exercise;
3 times a week before school; 1/2 hour cycle between the hot water and my breakfast!.
3 times after school; 1!.5 hour gym** (45 mins cardio, 45 mins weights, toning etc!.)
1 2 hour long gym session at the weekend (like above except 1!.25 hour cardio) and then on the other weekend day a 1/2 hour swim!.
An hour long PE session in school and I will more than likely have basketball for about 3 hours in total each week

*What supplements should I take!?
**I'll also be using the sauna for 15 minutes when I'm at the gym/pool
