Question: How many calories can I eat everyday and still maintain my weight!?
I am 5'8, approximately 119 pounds and 16!. I currently eat between 1200-1500 a day, but I was just wondering how much I can really eat and still maintain my weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well im about the same but 15 years old!.
i eat 1900 cals per day with high amouts of exercize
