Your questions has been deleted, but you could lose 42lbs by february, just make sure to eat 1200 callories a day and at least 30 mins of exercise every other day but never more than 60 mins in a day!. Good luck!. Oh and no sugar, so that means no sweets at all or soda stay away from that and fast food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
