Weight Question...im 17 and way over weight...no rude ppl plz?!


Question: Weight Question!.!.!.im 17 and way over weight!.!.!.no rude ppl plz!?
ok heres the deal im 17 and been over weight for long time!.!.!.
im 17 n weigh like 270 or 280 now, i was down to 244 within 5 months
then i got very sick and had to take steriods and gained 40lbs bk
now im having harder time getting it off, and it seems all my weight goes to my hips, butt, n legs, n upper arms(for some reason i dont have that big of a waist its kinda wierd n freaky lol also i dont have a big round belly, but i have a like medium size belly not round or anything) , i wanted to know what i can do!.!.!.like any work out videos that work or kind of work outs, n can u tell me what foods have high fiber and protien
also, im getting very stressed out cause of it, i do walk and hike and stuff but like i feel nothing is working, so yeah can someone give me some advise and links or names of videos that are helpful

Yes!.!.!.a person that i can relate to!. I was in this same situation only two years ago, i weighted 250, everyone told me that i wasnt fat; but i felt that way anyways!. I finally told myself that that was that and i started to take some action!. I follow just a few steps and it led to the success that im at right now!.!.!.at a fair 185 lbs!.

1!. Eat 4-5 small meals instead of 3 big meals
2!. Eat foods that have color!.!.!.less meat and more vegatables and fruit!. (but dont have fruit and vegatables be the only food you eat, because you wont ingest the right amount of proteins that your body needs!.)
3!. Get a job that entales you to move around a lot, example: waitress, host ect!. The more you move around, the less time you think of food and how hungry you might feel!.
4!. THIS IS A SIMPLE ONE: Pick 1 to 2 foods/drinks that you eat plenty of and than cut it out of your diet!. I stopped drinking pop and lost 15 lbs!.
5!. Start a sport or hobby that requires some effort to accomplish!. Getting your heartrate up is the key in any excersise!. Many people think "going for a walk" is a good excersise, but infact it is mostly obsolete!. A slight job would be more benefical and it takes less time to accomplish this rather than walking!.
6!. Consumption of food: DON'T eat til your full, eat til you're content!. When you eat slower, you digest faster and become "fuller" just in a different aspect!. Many people say that each bite you take, you should chew at least 10 times before swallowing!
7!. And Finally, have fun losing the weight! Dont worry about it 24/7!. Dont check the scale everyday, this is like the old saying, a watched pot never boils!. You and OTHER people will see results!. And another hint: just smiling makes you look 10 lbs lighter!.!.!.seriously!.

alright, foods that are high in protein are chicken breast, peanut butter, peanuts, soy products!. things that are high in fiber are veggies and fruits, green leafy vegetables to be exact!.

try brisk walking, swimming, or hula hooping!. also lunges and push ups if possible!. hula hooping will provide cardio and muscle toning as will swimming!.

you know!.!.when you said you took steroids!.!.!.im sorry but that is pathetic!.!.!.all you have to do to lose weight is eat heathly and exercise!.!.it takes time!.!.but if you are gonna take drugs that harm your body!.!.whats the point of caring about yourself!?

Okay, well, don't know your height or your b/f!. However, if you don't have a big waist or belly then maybe your not too over weight for your size, say 6 ft!. something!. I don't know that stuff, but that aside, yes there is training you can do!. You can do circiut training, it's designed where you do higher reps with lighter weight and then move to another exercise with not a long time in between, look it up!. Where as, bodybuilding will have you do lower reps( 6-10 ) with more moderate to heavy weight!. You can also jog around your yard, going for walks is okay, but you want your heart rate to move a little, thats the point behind circuit training!. Faster rate speeds up metabolism!. Your body has a homeostasis, where your body wants to stay at a certain weight!. Speeding up your rate by working out or jogging will help speed metabolsim, which then effects homeostasis!. Thats why you see guys who eat and eat like crazy, but can't gain, they can't break their homeostasis, your different!. However, I don't know your problems like asthma for the steroids,ect I am assuming they are corticoid steroids, which can add weight, but have a small catabolic effect!. Also, don't do any of these and check it out with your health, cause I don't know your health, before doing this stuff!. Also, set your goals appropraite!. Losing too much weight at once can cause some bad skin appearances!. Far as foods:
Fish( salmon, halibut )
oatmeal
eggs( whites if you are a cholesterol problem )
Turkey
Chicken!.!.!.!.These are good for protein
-Stay away from MSG and fast food, also eat all natural!.

Its hard to tell you without knowing your health!. Also, if you eat small 5-6 meals s day, it's shown to speed up the metabolism, its actually the big 3-4 meals a day that can put it on!. However, this involves strict dieting, let this go till later!. Just eat healthy, jog, if your health permits, and maybe some training with higher reps( 12-15 )!. Running and biking would be incredibly helpful to you, but being overweight can make it a struggle!. Try cutting your calorie intake by 100 calories a week until you get to 1500 calories!. If you walk at least a mile a day and drink water while doing it you can lose a ton of water weight which will make activity easier!. Try bananas and mushrooms!. Really, these cover your fruit and vegetable intake: bananas cover your fiber and mushroooms have great amounts of protein!.
