Will I gain muscle soon?!

Question: Will I gain muscle soon!?
Okay, first of all I am about 5'10- 5'11 feet tall!. I weigh 163 pounds!. I lift 40 pounds 95 times a day (35 times in the morning, 35 in the daytime, 35 in the night time), and when I feel lazy I might just lift 5 pound weightsin each hand untill my arm starts burning 3 times a day to replace the 40 pound weights!. I do all that 6 and sometimes 7 days a week if I don't have anything to do!. I drink protein drinks every night before I go to sleep!. Will I eventually gain muscle!? Or do I need to do more, if so explain what else I have to do and how long will it take me to gain the muscle!. (This seems like a confusing math problem lol)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
lol!.!.!.goodf math problem!.!.but it all adds up to NO unfortunately!. YOur body is naturally lazy!.!.!.it does the bare minimum to get around!. If you can lift a weigh 35 times!.!.!.it's waaaaay too light!. To gain bulk!.!.!.you need to increse the weight so you can only lift it 7-9 times and then you physically cannot lift it again!. then take a 60-90 second break and do it again!. Repeat this so you have lifted a total of 3 times!. (3 sets of 7-9 repetitions)!. But that alone will not do it for you!.!.!.once you get better, your muscles will adapt!.!.so you may have to go to 4 or 5 sets!.!.!.and do 2-3 different exercises per muscle group!. you also NEEEEEED to rest!.!.!.every day will do nothing!. If you're doing your biceps!.!.!.there shoudl be AT LEAST 48 hours of recovery time before they do work again!. THIS is the time that your muscle builds!. FInally, you need protein!. If you weigh 163 pounds, you should be consuming 163 grams of protein per day with about 40grams of that being after your daily workout!.

My workouts are setup as follows:

Mon Chest and triceps
Tues Back and biceps
wed shoulders and forearms
thurs legs
fri abs

SAT-SUN rest or cardioWww@Answer-Health@Com
