Weight loss?
I know I don't need to lose weight and that I'm really attractive...I'm not skinny but I'm quite slim...I just need to lose 2-3 pounds...how can I do that? I already don't eat junk food and as far as sweets are concerned I eat up to 2-3 small pieces of chocolate every day...I also exercise every day for about an hour...how can I lose those 3 pounds?

if u wanna lose a couple pounds n keep it off then exercise more daily so u burn more calories than you take in..u can also do certain exercises for certain parts of ur body lik lunges for ur legs or crunches/ sit-ups for ur abs...etc..
