I've heard to stay properly hydrated you need 0!.6 ounces per 1 pound of body weight!.

I used Google to convert this to liter's to get 0!.0177441177 liters per pound of body weight!.

Example:
So a 200 pound (about 91 kg) person needs 3!.54 liters per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

minimum 2 litters, but u need to consume more in summer time!.By the way dont drink too much just coz we said, it can aslo make u sick!.Just increase ur consumption step by step rather than one day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
