Question: Whats the best way to lose a few pounds on my stomach!?
Im not like really over weight but im not skinny i just want to know what i can do that wouldnt like be all i focus about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off you cant target certain areas of your body, everyone has pre-dispositioned spots that accumulate fat!. So that being said, and since i dont know anything about you, which area will slim down first is unknown!. Best thing you can do is some exercise but mostly change your eating habits!. I AM NOT saying to go on a diet!.!.!. dieting is pointless as you always gain the weight back when you stop!. Some Good eating habits!.!.!. Eat your carbs early in the day, preferably for breakfast as it will give you energy throughout the day and you will burn them off!. Eat sensible meals and snacks throughout the day, dont every get too hungry and dont stuff yourself!. Try to eat dinner early and eat dinners high in protein!.!.!. ie!.!. meat and vegetable type dinners!. Stay away from carbs(breads, Pizza etc!.!.) at night!. With the exception of liposuction or cutting off limbs, you can't target weight loss in a specific area!. You can, however, lose weight overall and exercise specific muscles for toning!. Your best bet is cardio and/or strength training!. A general muscle toning program will smooth the tummy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
