Im 14, but I exercise from 9~10
and come back around 12 (summer p!.e) Should I skip breakfast or eat !?!?!?

im 14 and used to skip breakfast!. now i eat something good every morning and by the time it gets to lunch im still not hungry!. in my case, school lunches are fattening, but since i ate breakfast im not even hungry enuff for two bites its way better to eat in the morning!. especially if ur working out, u need energy!. also! my therapist told me that if u dont eat in the morning, ur body will take watever u eat next and just store it as fat, for energy cuz u didnt eat breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you shouldn't skip breakfast!. It's the most important meal of the day and it gives you energy to start the day!. In fact, it should be the biggest meal of the day!. If you don't eat breakfast, and you just start working out, you won't really have that much energy to start with!. You should eat a nice, healthy breakfast, then workout!. No!.!.!.breakfast is the most important meal of the day!. It helps with concentration because if you don't fuel your body correctly it will get tired quickly!.
