How can i convince my friend to lose weight?!


Question: How can i convince my friend to lose weight!?
3 months ago she came to me asking me to help her lose weight, and i gave her advice, joined her gym just to work out with her, supported her in every way and yet she barely goes to the gym, parties all the time and is always putting exercise off!. it's pissing me off!.help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not easy, you know!? She's become really comfortable with the way she is!. Talk to her, sit down, and really talk about it!. See if she truly does want to lose weight, and if she does- tell her that you want her to stick to her promise and stop doing certain things, like partying, in order to get some exercising in!. Don't get irritated, that'll just discourage her!. But on the other hand, if she says that she doesn't want to exercise, then tell her that you're proud of her for accepting who she is!.!.!. But its best to get some exercise just for health reasons!. Try going over to her house in the morning and walking with her, or taking a jog!. Make it fun, bring your pets if you have any!. There is nothing you can do for her other than what you have already done, unfortunately she will have to do it when she is good and ready to do it herself, it's a shame that she doesn't realize what a good friend you are and take advantage of your kindness and concern for her, but that's the way it goes!.!.!. don't feel that you did anything wrong though, and don't be too upset with her, she is not in the frame of mind she needs to be in to help herself!. which is sad, low self esteem and no personal respect lead to these things and she will have to hit bottom on her own before she realizes what she is doing to herself, and that may never happen!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go with her to the gym to make sure she does it and to make sure she is there long enough!. If your there it also helps her to have something to do and helps her stay longer and also you can push her to do stuff like runing a mile instead of half a mile or instead of doing curls with 10 pound weights do 15 pound weights :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Join her at the gym! Going can be really hard and gets boring, but if you both set up a plan to go together, it can be great for both of you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
