I dont get starve easily... ???!


Question:

I dont get starve easily... ???

i lose 6 pounds of weight but im still in a diet right now... nowadays, i didnt get starve easily.., for about 4 hours straight. and i didnt feel very hungry in hours. what does it mean??? is it ok to eat eventhough im not that super hungry..?? does my feeling affect my metabolism?


Answers:

If you don't feel starved, then you are probably doing fine. If you feel starved while doing a diet, the diet is doing more harm than good.

If you eat something small every 2 to 3 hours, that will help your metabolism. For example, if you normally have a sandwich for lunch, cut the sandwich in half and eat half of it for lunch and about 2 hours after you have finished eating, eat the other half.

If you are not hungry, then don't eat. However, if you gorge yourself at any point during the day, then you have not eaten enough during the day to keep yourself satisfied. That is a problem.
