Can I do cardio once a week while taking weight gainers and still see results in!


Question:

Can I do cardio once a week while taking weight gainers and still see results in weight gain?

Anyone well versed in fitness and heath? I at first stopped doing cardio because I thought that it would go against the wieght gain process. But now Im afraid that I will lose my six pack if I dont do cardio. What should I do. Will running once a week really slow weight gain down that much?

I'm on weight gainer shakes also, and I do absolutely no cardio. I dont know why u figure running will help keep ur 6 pk, but if u stop cardio u will gain weight and still keep the abs, providing u do situps/crunches to maintain them. I suppose u can run once a week if u want, but that depends on how far ur running, how fast, incline/decline etc. Personally, I wouldn't do any cardio, but I dont know how hard of a time u have gaining weight.
