Question: What do you think of this workout routine, any suggestions for me!?
I'm a fifteen year old female, 5'7 and 119 lbs!. I do the following:
- Walk 4 miles two times a week
- Go running for +3!.2 miles once or twice a week
- Ride a bike
- Jump on the trampoline
- Use the elliptical for one hour everyday
- Use a treadmill for 15 minutes 1-2 times a week
