Question: I'd like to lose 18 pounds (or more) in 10 months!.!.!. can you help me!?
As I said I'd like to lose 18 or more pounds in 10 months!.!.!. can you give me any simple exercises that'll help!? SIMPLE please! The weight is mainly on my inner and outer thighs, my tummy, and my upper arms!. Mostly on my tummy though!. I have a treadmill and an olyptical machine which I can use 4 days a week!. No diet pills or fad diets please! Thank you for spending your time to help lil old me! Thanks again xxo!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
exercise on your machines at least 4 times a week, 30 minutes each time!. even better to do daily and alternate the machines, ie treadmill day 1, olyptical day two, then traedmill, etc etc!.!.!.
cut down/out your sugars and starches
minimize fat intake
walking will burn off any leg fat!.
lower carbs will help with belly fat!. sit ups and "head-shoulders-knees-and-toes" excercise will help flatten belly!.
doing curls 1/2 hour a day while watching tv will help with arms!. you can fill a couple of 20oz water/soda bottles with sand or pebbles or marbles for homemade curling weights

18 pounds in 10 months is very very doable - less than 1/2 pound a week average!.

one problem people have is trying to lose too much weight too fast!. if you lose too quickly, your body thinks you're in a famine situation and will slow down the metabolism so as to store fat!. it becomes harder to lose weight!. it usually takes years to get overweight!. it may not take years to get back to a better weight, but it can't be done overnight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you breathe hard for 20+ min, so if you are looking for simple, a (****progressive**** fat frying/muscle toning plan) of fast walking/jogging, every week challenge yourself to walk/jog faster OR for longer periods of time!.!.!.
this will not only boost your metabolism, which is what exercise like this does, but also tone/slim your body (because cardio is KNOWN to do this)
a healthy diet also helps, keep within your healthy range of calories/day which you can find out by calculating your BMR (basal metabolic rate) and your BMI
here's a good site that breaks it all down for you

(-i hated the idea of counting calories when i first started!.!.!. bleah!.!.!. definitely not me!.!.!. but i really wanted to get those extra pounds off of me for the summer, so i forced myself to stay in the range, ****and to my surprise**** it only took me 3-4 days to get used to seeing approximately how much food i needed per day, so it wasn't that long/hard of a task ** and worth it too!**)
anyway, i hope i helped :) you've got a healthy goal and i hope you reach it :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i recommend using a an exercise ball but make sure you get the righ size according to your heighth and weight, To see if the ball is the right size just sit on the ball and make sure your hips are level or just slightly higher than the knees if thats not simple enough walk a few miles everyday!. and eat healthy foods!. to keep you metabolism going eat every 2 to three hours (small portions tho)
never eat until you feel stuffed eat until you feel just right!. and taking a multi viatamin never hurts anyone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best thing I have found for weight loss is daily walks(best with some incline)!. Taking soda completely out of your diet along with fast food and drink lots of water!. If you are not taking a multi vitamin it will help with energy!. If you do already add a b complex!.

Good luck!. Results depend on ho much you apply!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
