I need a guideline to loose weight fast?!

Question:

I need a guideline to loose weight fast?

Answers:

Okay, here's the deal:
--Do not eat less than 1200 cal/day. Your metabolism will slow to a crawl and you will gain fat and weight as soon as you starting eating. Your body thinks there is an emergency and stores everything you eat.
--Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a healthy snack in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. The diabetic diet plan is perfect for anyone and probably how America should eat.
--Avoid more than 27 carbs per meal. Count your calories.
--Go for high nutrition, low cal, low fat foods such as anything green, yellow, or orange.
--Limit meat portions to 2-4 oz (deck of cards) once a day. Eat fish twice a week.
--Exercise 30 minutes a day at a minimum every day doing weight bearing exercise such as tennis, fast walking, weights, biking, etc. Planet fitness is $30 downn and ten dollars a month if you need structure. People just walking 30 minutes a day are dropping a ton of weight.
--Drink 8 glasses of water at least, depending on your exercise and the temperature.
--The FDA and many other very reputable sites have free diet advice, weightloss guides, etc. Do a search and you will find mountains of info.

Skip the prepackaged diet plans. They taste like crap and you will get fat as soon as you go off them.

Expect rapid weightloss at first, then it will taper off. When it does, change your diet again and switch your exercise.
Take a multi-vitamin and go back to 1500 cal after a couple of weeks.

Weight watchers works and is cheap, supportive and easy. There are chapters in every town. Consider it if you need more guidance.

Get a notebook and keep track of your calories and carbs. Most drug stores have cheap books listing amounts, but it is on line free as well.

Do not eat within 2 hours of going to bed. That little nawing hunger you feel is you burning fat stores, so don't give in and eat some garbage snack.

Avoid all the sugars, corn syrups, etc. Go with high protein and lots of good fruits and vegetables. A typical meal is two vegetables at a half cup or so, one fruit at a half cup, small meat, very small carb, skim milk, and a vitamin.

I drink slimfast for breakfast.

Eating consistently keeps your metabolism cooking and avoids low blood sugar and feeling wiped out.

Those are the guidelines in a nut shell. It works and it is a plan for life rather than a diet.
