What's the best exercises to lose the flab?!
Question: What's the best exercises to lose the flab!?
I'm currently losing quite a bit of weight, with a combination of diet and excercise, but I'm being left with quite a bit of flab!. I currently cycle around 3 miles a day, and have started skipping for around 20 mins a day!.I have lower back problem (from a dance injury a few years ago, hence the weight gain) and I find doing sit ups too painful!. The excess flab is mainly around my upper arms and stomach - any ideas to add to my excercise plan!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
You aren't eating enough calories!.
From the diet you wrote out, I estimated around 700 calories everyday, that isn't enough - which is why you are losing weight but are being left with flab!.
Up your caloric intake to 1,200-1,500!.
Instead of cycling (which does help you lose weight, but only really focuses on your legs) try swimming or running!.
Since it is mainly your upper arms, try using a rowing machine!. Sit ups would be best for your tummy, but check this website for some tummy exercises:

Also, you need to tone as you lose the weight!. Try to buy a fitness dvd, the ministry of sound one is very good, there is a fat burning section and toning section!. Natalie Cassidy's workout dvd is very good too!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, I would add weight training!. This will help replace some of the fat you lost with muscle, so it'll fill in some of the now-flabby areas!.
There are over 100 different ab exercises you can do!. If you can't do the situps, don't do the situps, but you still can do something!.
I will tell you that yoga is great for tone, cardio (believe it or not), and may also help your lower back injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
