Question: What's a good way to shape my body!?
Okay, I'm 14, I weigh 129!.5 lbs, and I'm 5'5-1/2!. I want to know a good way to tone my body!. I want tighter abs, muscualr thighs, nicely shaped calve muscles, and toned arms!. I would try any exercises, but as far as my diet is concerned, its very limited in what healy foods I can get from the store, so that's barely an issue!.
I'm going to start back running track this school year, so that would probably help, but I want my body toned quickly, and the season doesn't start for another 2 or 3 months!.

Do aerobics (dance aerobics is really fun), pilates and swimming- you'll see changes very soon that way, you'll be fitter and stronger which is really important for young women!. Don't be too concerned with your appearance though!.!.!. you're too young for that!!
And don't diet!!! Just eat healthily, have plenty of fresh fruit and veg, lots of water, and pay attention that you get enough fibre and vitamins! Then you'll look great, AND be healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
