Answers:
Get plenty of exercise and eat nutritious meals!. You will keep growing until you are 22 years of age, so you have plenty of time!. My brother-in-law grew from 5'10" to 6'3" in one college semester when he was 21, so don't give up!

A lot of scientists think that the amount of light our youth are exposed to is what is making them taller than the generations before us!. On the other hand, nutritionists think it's the amount of food available -- so eat, drink, get out in the sun (but be careful) and enjoy being young! You will be tall enough to be happy, no matter what :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

For other people reading this question, the Asker is approx 5'6"

Boys generally stop growing between 16 and 21 though they may continue to broaden in the shoulders after this!.

If your parents are on the short side then you might not grow much more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The average male stop growing at the age of 21, and if you eat healthy maybe it might help!. But if your mom or dad is short, you are subject to be short!. That my friend, would be the make up of your DNA!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
