Answers:

Lose weight everywhere... that's the only way! And try toning up (once you've lost weight) by doing crunches, going on jogs, and doing lunges/ body squats. Good luck!

P.S. The body squats (as opposed to regular ones) suuuuuuuuuck so bad, but the results are better!
