How can I make sore muscles go away by tonight?!


Question: How can I make sore muscles go away by tonight!?
I had a rugby game yesterday that was really tough and i have a game today but I am extremely sore!. how can I get my muscles into prime shape before 7pm tonight!?
I am about to have a bath in epsom salts but that usually doesn't do too much!.
any help would be much appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure that you give yourself a good stretch!. While this might not immediately relieve soreness, it will help you feel better the next time you exercise!. Are you eating properly after your workouts/games!? This is EXTREMELY important for muscle recovery!. Whether you are lifting weights or doing cardio, you are making small tears in your muscle fibers!. It is AFTER your workouts that your body starts to recover and rebuild the muscles!. In order to do so, you must have protein and carbohydrates or your body will literally start to digest itself!. This recovery period is most critical within thirty minutes of finishing your exercise!. After you have something to eat, maybe take a mild painkiller such as Motrin or Tylenol!. With whatever medication you take, it is important that you have sufficient food in your stomach, otherwise the medication could cause ulcers!.

You suggested taking a salt bath and this is a good idea too!. It would give you a chance to get off your feet and let your muscles relax in nice hot water!. If you happen to have a jacuzzi with water jets in it, this would be even better!

you cna help them heal faster, eat lots of protein and i would recommend putting ice on the muscles, most athletes have ice baths right after taking part to do this!.

i dont know if they will heal by tonight though it depends on how hard your worked your muscles and most soreness goes away overnight while you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Idk if you can to it by tonight, but try stretching the sore muscles!. that will get rid of the lactic acid that causes your muscles to be sore!.

you should stretch right after your games though for better results!. so after your game tonight stretchWww@Answer-Health@Com

suprize, more excersize and a good massge!. You need to flush out the lactic acid!. This is done through oxygen and blood movement!. Light jogging for 20 minutes and good rub!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i guess america rly doesnt have the stuff japan/asia does - sprays that heat up your muscle + reduce inflammation + medicine for pain!.!.!.those work great
