Exercise help?

I recently lost alittle weight. But it didn't help my problem area like I thought it would. I store alot of fat in hips and they aren't in proportion with the rest of my body. I'm pretty thin but my hips seem so out of place.
I know you can't lose fat from one area of the body. So is it possible to get them smaller? I don't want to lose an inch or two. I was thinking five. If anyone has had success with this please share how you did it. Thanks for your help.

You'll need a combination of exercise and diet for best long term success. Most of the time the hips are the last place for the body to give up fat, so you just need to keep at it. Use some resistance training to help maintain muscle and keep the nice shape in other areas of your body while you continue to lose fat. Stick to it long enough and your transformation will be realized.
