Fat is 9 calories per gram!.
Protein and carbs are both 4 calories per gram!.
I'm not sure how many calories you should be taking in!. Let's say you're maintaining your weight at 2000 calories a day!. That would mean you'd want to aim for:
600 calories from fat (or 67 grams)
300 calories from protein (or 75 grams)
