Question: How Do I Lose Weight When I Am Addicted To Food!?
I have tried to go on a diet and excercise to lose weight every time!. Each time i feel energized and it works for maybe a day or two, but then I get hungry and just go on an eating rampage, and eat just about everything in sight haha!. If anybody had some tips where I could lose weight, and not be addicted to eating at the same time, it would help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diets don't usually work so well, or so I've heard!. When I have an urge to eat and I know it's gonna hurt to eat junk food, I instead eat salad/vegetables/fruits/etc!. Whenever I eat junk food, it tastes so!.!.!. sweet (in an artificial way) that I can't stop eating, even when I'm full!. But when I eat salad, even if it tastes good, eventually I can tell when I'm full and I won't feel driven to eat anymore!. The real advantage of salad, though, is that it's all fiber, it can't really be digested, so you can't gain weight from it!.

(As mentioned above though, your best bet for losing weight would be a combination of exercise and good eating!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to feel like you deserve to be healthy!. All your beliefs have to align to you wanting to lose weight!. You might have some deep seeded beliefs that make you backslide and want food more than you want to lose weight!.

If you tell yourself you want to lose weight but have a belief that you dont deserve to be healthy/happy/attractive/whatever there will be a conflict and you will backslide!.

You truly have to want to lose the weight and then you should have no problem staying away from the extra food!. Look at your beliefs about yourself and believe that you can do anything you set your mind to!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need will power!. You eat until you're full!. Then you stop eating, no matter how much you want to!. It's all you can do!. And don't try any medicine to get rid of cravings, those are bad for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u have to excercise alot!. If u eat a lot of food, just be careful with the kinda foods u eat!. also, try to eat slowly it helps u eat less food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
