Scale the same. Size smaller?!
Question: Scale the same!. Size smaller!?
How annoying is that!?
The scale reads the same as it did 12 weeks ago but I'm able to get into a smaller size in some pants/skirts, though not consistently!. (meaning, some size smaller fit, some don't)
Reassure me that working out at the gym and doing aerobics 5 times a week is doing some good!. I'm getting discouraged!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't rely on the scale as your measuring tool!. If you've lost fat by going to the gym you probably gained muscle mass to make up for the lost weight and that's why you're the same!. You must have noticed that there's more definition in your arms or tummy, if you haven't yet, then it'll be coming along!. When I started exercising regularly, I gained weight b/c of the muscle mass (but i was underweight at first)!. Anyway, I know you're doing great, so I wish you all the luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depending on how old you are, you could just be growing taller to make you smaller proportionately!. Chances are, that whatever you are doing in the gym is causing you to build muscle!. Muscle is more dense than fat, and thus, you may be smaller (due to less fat) but weigh the same because the muscle is there to make up the difference in weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space!. So even though the scale remains the same, you've actually lost fat!. That's why your clothes fit better!. You probably look better too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think you grew, but you stayed the same weight but dropped a sizeWww@Answer-Health@Com
