My weight on the scale?!
Question: My weight on the scale!?
I weigh myself everyday!.
Every few months, for about 2 weeks, no matter how little I eat, the scale says my weight just keeps going up!. During these two weeks, I usually gain about 4 pounds!.
Then for the next 2 weeks, no matter how much I eat, the scale just keeps going down!. I usually lose those 4 pounds again!.
Why does it do this!?
I know it is not a scale problem because I know other people who experience this & because I have multiple scales!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everybody gains and loses weight like that, it is actually fairly normal, the problem is if it is more then 10 pounds a month!. You need to start looking at your waist size and neck size!. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning, that is your best time to get an actual weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you're not supposed to weigh yourself everday!. and if you weigh yourself with clothes on it can affect the weight you see!. be sure to also weigh yourself in the morningWww@Answer-Health@Com
It's not about eating too little!. It's about eating the right foods from the food group!. Also you have to balance that with exercise!. Keep doing those things and you should be doing better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
