Chicken VS Other Meat?!
Question:
Chicken VS Other Meat?
Nutrition wise, how does chicken compare to other types of meats? I'm assuming it isn't deep fried or covered in some kind of fattening batter and what not -- just plain ole' baked chicken meat or rotissiered, etc. Also, I don't eat the fat or skin on any kind of meats ... any info is appreciated. : )
Answers:
Chicken is very healthy for you and good because it is very versatile. Like you, I only eat boneless, skinless chicken. I use it in salads, tacos, quesidilla's, omelets, grilled you can do just about anything with it. Fish and Turkey are also very good from a health and nutritional standpoint.
