Im skinny and have the body type to get abs but i want to ask how many crunches !


Question:

Im skinny and have the body type to get abs but i want to ask how many crunches do i do every day to get them?

oh and if u can, can u please show me a link were they show u how to do crunches right


Answers:

There is no magic number here, you just have to be consistent. Do them every other day to give your muscles time to recover and grow stronger. Stop when you are so tired that your form suffers, or set a low number to start with and raise that number as you get stronger (I'd probably do the second one). Remember, doing a crunch correctly is more important than doing a large number!!
To do a crunch,
Lie on your back, feet flat on the floor and knees bent. Eyes focused on the ceiling, interlace your fingers behind your head.
Breathe in through your nose, feeling your stomach inflate.
As you slowly exhale through your mouth, lift your head and shoulders off the floor. Keep your eyes on the ceiling and focus on not straining your neck muscles. Lie back and repeat.

Have plenty of protein in your diet to aid muscle growth!
