Answers:
Corn contains insoluble fiber and is very hard to digest!. It is supposed to aggravate stomach ulcers and arthritis!.

Corn does contain antioxidants and other nutrients but unfortunately just about every food that is good for you is also bad for you!. Tomatoes are very good for you but they will also aggravate stomach ulcers and arthritis!.

If you steered clear of every food that could possibly have one or more negatives there would probably be nothing left!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Corn isn't especially healthy and doesn't have much fiber!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Corn doesn't digest, it really has no affect on your body (besides that you can see it when you #2 the next day)Www@Answer-Health@Com
