What do you do to stick to a diet? tips? motivation? whats your strategy?

ive been dieting for about 1-1/2 months now and have lost 10 lbs, i think i would lose more if i could curb my cheating and being on my plan only 75% on a given day....im trying to curb this to lose more weight, as ive plateued for 2 weeks now. and i dont like that, lol. any tips that can help?? ive got 50 more lbs to go, so im not quiting, but i dont wanna take forever to get there!!

No, first, congrats on the 10 pounds!

Now, change your way of thinking. Diets are life changes (if you want to keep the weight off). The bad foods that you are giving up no longer exist. Make sure it's an eating plan that you can truly live with.

What keeps me sane is a cheat day. One day a week, I eat whatever I want. After a while, I no longer want my bad foods, and I phase out my cheat day to one day a month.
